Digital delivery (ebooks)

Ebooks are delivered instantly after successful payment. They appear in your account library where you can download watermarked PDF files. Digital-only orders have no rider and no delivery fee. Ebooks are available worldwide in USD or NGN depending on your checkout currency.

Physical delivery

Physical books are currently delivered within Nigeria. At checkout you enter a delivery address. We do not charge a delivery fee. A rider delivers the book, and you pay the rider.

Typical delivery is 3–5 business days nationwide after dispatch, and next business day in Lagos and Abuja where a rider can reach you that quickly. That timeline describes how long a rider usually takes — it is not a shipping tier you buy at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email receipt when your order is paid and a notification when your package is handed to the rider.

Tracking

When your order is out for delivery, we email details to the address on your account. You can also view order status under My orders.

Undeliverable packages

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange another rider trip; you pay that rider unless the failed delivery was our error.

Returns

Return and refund rules for physical and digital products are described in our Refund Policy. DSA Books offers a 14-day satisfaction window for eligible unused physical books.
